Lorraine is friendly, approachable, professional but with a human quality so lacking in many agents. Although being paid by the sellers, they also have the buyer's best interests at heart too. Working shifts it has sometimes been difficult to contact them during 9 to 5. No problem. After 5pm, weekends, even on holiday! I would not hesitate to recommend Lorraine as your next agent.
